Who we are. Polly Quinn readings are sold on Etsy by UAB „Idėjų pulsas“, a company registered in Lithuania (EU). We are the controller of the details you enter on this page. Contact: hello@pollyquinn.com.

What we collect. Your Etsy order number, the first name and birth date (and, only for some Year Ahead readings, birth time) of each person the reading is for, and your email address. We also keep a technical log of the IP address used to submit the form, to prevent abuse.

Why. Only to check your Etsy order, make your reading, and email it to you. That is necessary to deliver what you bought. If you tick the optional box, we may also email you the occasional note and new readings; you can unsubscribe from any of those emails.

How long. Names, birth dates, your email address and the PDF are deleted 45 days after your reading is sent. If you opted in to emails, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Order totals and the country of purchase are kept for accounting, as the law requires.

Who else sees it. Nobody else, except the services that make this work: our web host (Hostinger) and email provider. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@pollyquinn.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority; ours is the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
